While November was a tough month for closings, December is proving to be a great month to buy!
There have been 2 closings this far and 3 more scheduled to close before 12/31!
Since we won’t be here for the rest of the closings I wanted to celebrate our wins so far this month!
Dec 6: Ms. R. closed on her house in Lutz! While she made too much for Pasco DPA, she was able to get bond’s $7500! Ms. Ra.is camera shy
Dec. 10: Joyce recently retired to Florida! She didn’t qualify for DPA due to her income level but also is hesitant to advance from her retirement savings for down payment. Luckily, TBCDC keeps up with all the special mortgage products offered to LMI customers throughout partners! Synovus was able to finance 100% with Joyce only paying $2k at the closing table! ….and she closed with my favorite Realtor!! Bettina with Weichert helped me with my relocation in 2015!
